Eye Contact Lenses

1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water and dry them with a clean towel. 2. Remove the lens from its packaging and rinse it with a multipurpose contact lens solution recommended by your eye care professional. 3. Place the lens on the tip of your index finger, making sure it is centered and not inside out. Check for any damage or debris on the lens before inserting it. 4. Use your other hand to gently hold your upper eyelid and pull it upward, exposing your eye. Look straight ahead into a mirror. 5. Use your middle finger to pull down your lower eyelid, creating a space for the lens to be inserted. 6. Slowly bring your index finger with the lens closer to your eye until it touches the surface of your eye. Release your eyelids and blink a few times to help the lens settle in place. 7. Repeat the process for the other eye, using a fresh lens if necessary. 8. After inserting both lenses, check your vision to ensure clarity and comfort. If you experience any discomfort or blurry vision, remove the lenses and consult with your eye care professional. 9. To remove the lenses, wash your hands and look upward. Use your middle finger to gently pull down your lower eyelid. 10. Use your index finger to lightly touch the edge of the lens and slide it down to the white part of your eye. Pinch the lens gently between your thumb and index finger to remove it. 11. Clean and store the lenses as per the instructions provided with the lens solution.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund if eligible. You should expect to receive your refund within 2 to 3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We can ship to any address in the Kuwait. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped from international destinations.
