1. Start with a clean and dry face. Cleanse your skin using a gentle cleanser and pat it dry before applying the sunscreen. 2. Shake the bottle well before use to ensure that the formula is properly mixed. 3. Take an adequate amount of the fluid, usually a pea-sized amount, and dot it onto your forehead, cheeks, nose, and chin. 4. Gently spread the sunscreen over your face using your fingertips, ensuring even coverage. Pay attention to areas that are more prone to sun exposure, such as the nose, forehead, and cheekbones. 5. Massage the sunscreen in circular motions until it is fully absorbed into the skin. Avoid rubbing too vigorously, especially if you have sensitive skin. 6. Extend the application to your neck and other exposed areas if desired. 7. Allow the sunscreen to dry for a few minutes before applying any makeup or other skincare products. 8. Reapply the sunscreen every two hours or more frequently if you are sweating, swimming, or towel-drying your face. It's important to reapply to maintain adequate sun protection.
