How to use: |
Using Contour it Lip Pencil, outline lips hugging the curves of lip lines. For a fuller looking lip, draw over the edge of your natural lip line, especially over the cupid's bow. Next, apply Amp it Lip Ampoule generously to lips as needed for glowing hydration and color. You can increase saturation by filling your lips more with Contour It prior to applying Amp It. |
