How To Use:
• Outline your lips with ARTIST COLOR PENCIL EXTREME to ensure maximum hold of your lipstick. Start by drawing the cupid's bow and the center of the bottom lip. Link the outer corner of the lips to the cupid's bow to add volume to your lips. Wait a few seconds until it is sets.
• You can then add color to your lips with the same pencil, and finish with a hint of lip booster for extra shine and comfort, or, for more intensity, apply Rouge Artist For Ever Lipstick.
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund if eligible.
You should expect to receive your refund within 2 to 3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We can ship to any address in the Kuwait. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped from international destinations.
