1. Prep your lashes: Before applying mascara, make sure your lashes are clean and free of any residual makeup or oils. You can use an eyelash curler to curl your lashes if desired.
2. Coat the lashes: Open the mascara tube and wipe off any excess product from the wand. Starting from the base of your lashes, wiggle the wand back and forth while moving it upward towards the tips of your lashes. This will help to evenly distribute the product and provide maximum volume and length.
3. Build up the volume: If you desire even more volume, you can apply multiple coats of mascara. Allow each coat to dry slightly before applying the next to prevent clumping.
4. Focus on the outer lashes: To create a more dramatic look, pay extra attention to the outer lashes. Apply an additional coat or two to the outer lashes to make your eyes appear wider and more lifted.
5. Separate and define: After applying mascara, use a clean, dry mascara wand or a lash comb to separate and define your lashes. This will help to remove any clumps and create a more polished look.
