Life Liner Double Ended Eyeliner Liquid & Pencil

1. Start by prepping your eyelids with an eyeshadow primer or concealer to create a smooth and even base. 2. Decide which liner you want to use first - the liquid liner or the pencil liner. 3. If you're using the liquid liner, shake the pen before opening to ensure the formula is well-mixed. Remove the cap and hold the pen at a slight angle to your lash line. 4. Begin by drawing a thin line starting from the inner corner of your eye and gradually thickening it as you move towards the outer corner. You can create a winged effect by extending the line slightly past the outer corner of your eye. 5. If you make any mistakes, use a cotton swab dipped in makeup remover to fix them or clean up any uneven lines. 6. Once you're done with the liquid liner, allow it to dry for a few seconds before moving on to the pencil liner. 7. If you're using the pencil liner, gently glide it along your lash line, starting from the inner corner and working your way towards the outer corner. You can create a smudged effect by using a smudging brush or your fingertip to blend and soften the line. 8. You can also use the pencil liner to tightline your upper waterline, which is the area between your lashes and your eyelid. This will make your lashes appear fuller and your eyes more defined. 9. After applying both liners, you can go back and make any necessary touch-ups or adjustments to achieve your desired look. 10. To complete your eye makeup, apply mascara to your lashes and any other eye products you like, such as eyeshadow or false lashes.
