Remove the cap from the eyeliner pen, revealing the thin, precise brush applicator. 4. Hold the pen like you would hold a regular pen or pencil, with a comfortable grip. 5. Begin by drawing a thin line as close to your upper lash line as possible. Start from the inner corner of your eye and work your way outward. 6. Use short, controlled strokes to create your desired eyeliner shape. You can opt for a subtle and thin line or a thicker, more dramatic winged eyeliner look. 7. If you make any mistakes or want to adjust the line, use a cotton swab or a pointed Q-tip dipped in makeup remover to clean up or correct any imperfections. 8.
