How to use:
To load and lift, place the inside curve of the halo brush at the base of your lashes and wiggle side to side to load lashes and quickly add volume.
To curl and sculpt, sweep upward with the outside curve to wrap every lash.
Layer as desired, focus on the outer corners for extra lift.
Pro tip: Tilt the wand vertically and use the tip for inner and lower lashes without smudging.
