How to use:
BLUR: Apply directly to lips using the soft cushion applicator, starting at the center and blending outward for a blurred, soft matte look. Press lips together for even coverage.
BUILD: Layer to build color intensity without heaviness.
COMBO: Line and define lips with creamy Lip Contour 2.0 matte pencil, then blur the center of your pout with Liquid Matte Mousse to create the softcore matte lip that’s defined, blurred and iconic!
PRO TIP: For the softest blurred effect, start with smooth and hydrated lips. Gently exfoliate lips before applying.

Shipping
We can ship to any address in the Kuwait. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped from international destinations.
