    • How to use:

  • Prepare your skin with oil or rich body moisturizer.
  • Knees and Armpit. Gently elevate the back of your knees in an up and out motion. Repeat 5 times as directed. Once complete transition to armpit. Gently position your tool down and in towards the Axillary nodes in your armpit. Repeat 5 times as directed.
  • Ankle and Calf. Position the tool horizontally and begin to gently knead the calf muscle starting from the ankle. Recommended to keep an up and inward motion behind the knee. Repeat 5 times as directed.
  • Thigh. Position the tool vertically and begin to knead behind the thigh. Keeping an up and out motion towards the inner thigh. Repeat 3-7 times as needed.
