1. Start with clean, dry skin. You can use the body lotion after a shower or bath, or anytime your skin needs hydration.
2. Take a generous amount of the body lotion onto your hands. The amount you need will depend on the size of the area you wish to moisturize.
3. Gently massage the lotion onto your skin using circular motions. Start from your feet and work your way up, covering your entire body.
4. Pay extra attention to dry or rough areas, such as elbows, knees, and heels. Massage the lotion into these areas until fully absorbed.
5. Continue massaging the lotion into your skin until it is fully absorbed. The lightweight formula should absorb quickly without leaving a greasy residue.
6. Allow the lotion to dry completely before getting dressed to avoid any transfer onto clothing.
7. For best results, use the body lotion daily or as needed to keep your skin moisturized, nourished, and smelling delightful.
