How to use:

Step one: Apply Phantom Blur Balm generously across your lips for a smooth, soft-focus base.
Step two: Define and refine with Shape & Sculpt Lip Liner (sold separately). Start at the bottom corners using the flat side for a gentle outline, then switch to the tip at the Cupid’s bow and glide outward. Gently blur out the liner. This technique creates a polished yet diffused finish—think cashmere-soft lips with a blurred, effortless elegance.
Defined Blurred Lip:
Step one: Define your lip shape with Shape & Sculpt Lip Liner. Begin at the bottom corners using the flat side for a soft outline, then transition to the tip at the Cupid’s bow and glide outward toward the corners for a refined contour.
Step two: Gently smudge and blend the liner to diffuse the color, creating a soft-focus, yet defined effect.
Step three: Finish with your matching Phantom Blur Balm for a dimensional, blurred lip look that feels effortlessly chic.
Step four: Layer and top with pearlescent glossy balm for added shine and volume.
