Retinol 0.5% in Squalane - 30ml

1. Start by cleansing your face to remove any dirt, oil, or makeup. 2. Apply a toner if you normally use one. 3. Take a small amount of the product, about the size of a pea, and warm it up between your fingertips. 4. Gently massage the retinol serum onto your face, avoiding the eye area. Start with a small amount and gradually increase the quantity as your skin tolerates it. 5. Allow the product to fully absorb into your skin before applying any other skincare products. 6. If you are new to using retinol, it is recommended to start by using it 2-3 times per week and gradually increase the frequency as your skin adjusts. Some individuals may experience mild irritation or dryness initially, so it's important to listen to your skin and adjust usage accordingly. 7. Always use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least SPF 30 during the day when using retinol, as it can increase sun sensitivity. Apply sunscreen as the last step in your skincare routine. 8. If you experience any significant irritation or discomfort, reduce the frequency of use or discontinue use altogether.
