To use a Rose Quartz roller:
1. Start with a clean and dry face.
2. Apply your favorite serum, oil, or moisturizer to your face.
3. Begin with the larger stone of the roller and gently roll it upwards and outwards across your cheeks, forehead, and neck. Use light pressure and repeat each stroke 3-5 times.
4. Switch to the smaller stone and roll it under your eyes and on your temples. Be extra gentle in this delicate area.
5. Continue rolling the roller over your face for 5-10 minutes, focusing on areas with tension or puffiness.
6. After using the roller, clean it with a gentle soap or cleanser, and pat dry before storing it.
To use a Gua Sha tool:
1. Cleanse and moisturize your face.
2. Apply a facial oil or serum to provide lubrication for the Gua Sha tool.
3. Hold the Gua Sha tool with the curved side against your skin.
4. Start with your neck and gently scrape the tool upwards, using light to medium pressure. Repeat each stroke 3-5 times.
5. Move to your chin and scrape from the center outwards, following the jawline.
6. Scrape your cheeks in an upward and outward motion, starting from the center of your face.
7. Use the curved side to scrape your forehead, starting from the center and moving towards the hairline.
8. Finish by gently scraping the tool along your eyebrows and under-eye area.
9. After using the Gua Sha tool, clean it with a gentle soap or cleanser, and pat dry before storing it.
