Steam Gift Cards work just like a gift certificate, while Steam Wallet Codes work just like a game activation code, both of which can be redeemed on Steam for the purchase of games, software, wallet credit, and any other item you can purchase on Steam.
How do I redeem a Steam Wallet Code?
Pick up the Wallet Code card, which has the dollar amount you would like to purchase.
Log in to your Steam account (or make one if you don't have one) and go to "Redeem a Steam Wallet Code."
In the resulting screen, enter your code into the “Steam Wallet Code” field.
Click Continue.
Now you will have the amount of the denomination of the wallet card added to your Steam Wallet, which is viewable in the upper right corner of Steam
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund if eligible.
You should expect to receive your refund within 2 to 3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to any address in the Kuwait. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped from international destinations.
