    • How to apply:

  • Before using, shake the pen well to ensure the ink flows smoothly.
  • Apply the liner to clean skin.
  • Tip: If you have oily eyelids, apply a mattifying eye primer or eye-safe powder first to help the liner stay in place.
  • To prevent buildup in the brush, clean it off with a wet paper towel after use and store the pen flat to keep the ink flowing evenly between uses.
  • Use the precision tip to draw dots and create a guideline for your winged liner. Connect the dots and fill in your line.
