Patch test: If you are using the serum for the first time or have sensitive skin, it is recommended to perform a patch test on a small area of your skin to check for any adverse reactions. Wait 24 hours to see if there are any signs of irritation before proceeding with regular use. 3. Apply a few drops: Dispense a few drops of the serum onto your fingertips or directly onto your face. Start with a small amount and gradually increase if needed. 4. Gently massage into the skin: Using your fingertips, gently massage the serum into your skin, focusing on areas of concern or where you want to see improvements. 5. Avoid the eye area: Be careful to avoid the delicate skin around your eyes, as glycolic acid can be irritating to this area. 6. Follow with moisturizer: After the serum has absorbed into your skin, follow up with your regular moisturizer to lock in hydration and provide additional nourishment. 7. Use sunscreen during the day: Due to the exfoliating effects of glycolic acid, your skin may become more sensitive to the sun. It is crucial to apply sunscreen with a high SPF during the day to protect your skin from harmful UV rays. 8.
